Cottage regulations & additional options

By renting our cottage, you agree to the rules. We recommend that you take the time to read them carefully. They include: mandatory information, details on available amenities, safety rules, payment and cancellation terms, as well as smoking and noise restrictions. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help you make the most of your stay at Les Jasmins du Moulin.

Booking conditions

Ability

We rent the cottage for a maximum of 22 people (adults and children, over 2 years old included). If you do not respect this

deposit the rental will end immediately and no refund will be issued.

Check in and check out

Check-in is from 6 p.m. (preferably before 7 p.m.). We use self-check-in with a key box as a last resort. The lodge manager always does her best to welcome you.

Check-out is by 10 a.m., except on weekends or if the cottage is not re-let the same day. In this case, you can enjoy the property until 6 p.m., at no extra cost. If you shorten your stay, no refund will be issued.

Equipment

You will find consumables on site to start your stay: toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, salt/pepper/spices/oil/vinegar...

Electricity & heating

In order to raise awareness among our travelers about consumption

energy and because there are more and more electric vehicles, we offer a

Consumption of 100 kW per day of electricity, beyond which consumption will be re-billed to you. We will read the EDF meter with you during check-in and check-out and we will ask you to pay the supplement, if applicable, before your departure.

Please note that the electric heaters in the veranda consume a lot of electricity.

spas after use, to avoid unnecessary electricity consumption.

The cottage is heated primarily by the fireplace (pellet insert, pellets provided); electric heaters are available as a backup. The instructions for the fireplace are displayed on the left side of the fireplace. Do not place anything in front of a lit fireplace. Open the doors and windows between the house and the veranda to heat the veranda.

WC

It's a septic tank, don't put anything in it but toilet paper

in the toilet. In the event of an urgent plumber's intervention due to a blocked toilet, the amount of the invoice will be deducted from your deposit.

Hot water

The house depends on 3 hot water tanks.

Bedding & Household Linen

The beds are equipped with a mattress protector, a fitted sheet, and a pillow with a pillowcase. You must bring your own duvet/blanket.

As an option, we can prepare the beds for you and provide duvets and sheets. Towels can also be provided as an additional option. Rental rates are listed in the “Additional Options” section.

We have 2 travel cots for children aged 0 to 3, which can be set up in the bedroom of your choice.
Please note: top bunks are not allowed for children under 6 years old.

Other Baby Equipment & Games

We provide all the necessary equipment for babies (high chair, changing table, baby monitor, bath seat, baby bouncer, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, Doomoo/baby lounger, play mat, table boosters, early learning toys, etc.).

The trampoline, slide, and swing are reserved for children.

Alarm

The property is equipped with an alarm system, which is deactivated when the house is rented. This system does not have any cameras, only motion detectors.
It is strictly forbidden to tamper with the alarm devices or to unplug the control unit located above the bookcase on the upstairs landing.

Robot Lawnmower

Do not touch or water the robot lawnmower. Do not lift it (lifting it will trigger an alarm). It does not get along well with objects left on the lawn (toys, flip-flops, etc.).
If it gets stuck, please contact us immediately. Thanks to your cooperation, we are able to maintain a beautiful, well-kept garden.

Pool & Spas

For the safety of young children, always remove the pool ladder when the pool is not in use.

Close the spas after each use. In case of an “e90” error, rinse the filter with water and put it back in place.

Mini farm

Please do not feed the animals — even with good intentions, you could make them sick.

It is forbidden to enter the animal enclosure.

Your animals

We welcome pets. We ask that you clean up after your pet before leaving and pick up after your pet's droppings.

Party & Neighborhood

Parties are permitted within reason. Thank you in advance for respecting the neighborhood's peace and quiet, especially in the evening and at night. Music is prohibited from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Noisy parties are prohibited out of respect for the neighbors. To avoid any disputes, the house is equipped with a Minut system, a real-time noise detection system.

NO SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. We have installed a bench and ashtrays at the front of the house.

Generally speaking, we are counting on you to maintain the peaceful character of the neighborhood. Activities that may be "audible from outside the cottage" (swimming pool, barbecue, spa, etc.) will be conducted with respect for the neighborhood. Neighbors regularly complain about noise.

We are convinced that it is possible to combine a good stay (laughing and having fun) with respect for the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

Housekeeping & storage

We take care of the major cleaning (tiles, dusting, cupboards, etc.), while the tenants are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning.

THE HOUSE MUST BE MADE CLEAN AND TIDY.
We thank you for removing the sheets, emptying the dishwasher, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, as well as the floor (we provide everything necessary: vacuum cleaner, products, etc.)

Especially:

Don't forget to close the windows before leaving, especially the skylights.

• Place household linen to be washed in the bathtub (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats, etc.). Be careful not to put cloths with household products on the sheets (bleach stains the sheets).

• Do not remove the mattress covers.

• Empty the dishwasher.

• Clean the floor, toilets and kitchen (be careful with the oven and fridge).

• Clean what you have used (raclette machine, barbecue, etc.).

• Check that everything you have used has been put away.

• Empty the trash cans (garbage bins outside next to the gate).

• It is necessary to enter the code behind you to close the gate.

If the house is not re-let the same day, we can clean it for you (additional charge of €195), please contact us beforehand.

If the accommodation is not returned in the condition you found it, we will be obliged to deduct €195 + €60 in penalties from your deposit.
